What does the Singapore national curriculum cover?
The Singapore national curriculum is set by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and assessed by the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB). It runs from Primary 1 (age 7) through Junior College 2 (age 18) and is split into three tiers — Primary (Pri 1-6, ending in PSLE), Secondary (Sec 1-4/5, ending in GCE O-Level or N-Level), and Junior College (JC 1-2, ending in the Singapore-Cambridge GCE A-Level). Mother Tongue (Chinese / Malay / Tamil) is taken alongside other subjects through Sec 4.
