Tutopiya's topical revision checklists are aligned to the Cambridge IGCSE (CIE) 2026 syllabus, Pearson Edexcel IGCSE 2026 specification, Cambridge International AS & A Level 2026 syllabus, Pearson Edexcel International AS & A Level 2026 specification, and — for England’s qualifications — AQA and Pearson Edexcel UK GCSE (9–1) and AQA GCE A Level topical headings, plus IB Diploma Programme (IB DP) topic areas and assessment expectations for 2026. Each checklist breaks down the syllabus into topics and sub-topics so you can track what you've revised and where to focus next. Use them with our Past Paper Finder to practise weak topics and build confidence ahead of your 2026 exams.
How to pick the right checklist for your exam board, how to revise effectively with it, and what's free.
Pick the checklist that matches the exam board your school is registered with. Cambridge IGCSE (codes like 0625, 0580) is used by international schools globally. Pearson Edexcel IGCSE (codes like 4PH1, 4MA1) is also international. UK GCSE (9–1) from AQA (codes like 8463) or Pearson Edexcel (codes like 1PH0) is used by UK state and independent schools. International A Level (Cambridge 9702 / Edexcel WPH11) and IB DP are post-16 qualifications. If unsure, your spec code (printed on past papers and the school timetable) will tell you exactly which one to use.
Yes. Every checklist on this hub is built from the official 2026 syllabus / specification document published by the relevant exam board (Cambridge International, Pearson Edexcel, AQA, or the IB Organization). Exam boards occasionally tweak weighting or assessment structure mid-cycle, so do a final sanity-check against the latest syllabus PDF when you start your revision and again 4 weeks before the exam.
Both are equivalent two-year qualifications taken around age 16, but they target different audiences. Cambridge IGCSE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) is the international version, used by schools worldwide and graded A*–G or 9–1 depending on the syllabus. UK GCSE (9–1) is the version used in England, graded 9–1 only, and offered by AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR and others. Universities accept both. If your school sits papers in May/June with international IGCSE codes (0625, 4PH1 etc.), use the IGCSE checklists; if your school uses AQA/Edexcel UK GCSE codes (8463, 1PH0 etc.), use the UK GCSE checklists.
Rate your confidence 1–5 for every sub-topic after a revision session. Filter by confidence ≤ 2 to find your weakest areas and prioritise them in your next study block — this is significantly more effective than re-revising topics you already score 4–5 on. Schedule a 'next review' date for each weak topic 7–14 days out, so you re-test before forgetting. Download the CSV to sort and re-arrange in Excel / Google Sheets, or print the PDF for offline study.
Yes, all checklists on this hub are free to view, score and re-score. CSV / PDF downloads and access to matching Tutopiya Learning Portal topic resources require a free account — no payment at any point. Teachers and parents can also use these checklists freely with their students. Pair them with Tutopiya's Past Paper Finder for the strongest exam-prep workflow.
We're actively expanding the library — new subjects and boards are added regularly as Tutopiya's Learning Portal grows. If you don't see your subject, check the closest matching board (e.g. Cambridge IGCSE Physics 0625 covers similar content to many international Physics specifications), or use the Study Planner with our generic topic templates while we add your subject. You can also email Tutopiya support to request a specific checklist.
Yes. Once you've rated your confidence, download the CSV or PDF and share it as a file — your tutor or parent can see exactly which topics need more work. We're working on a built-in 'share progress' link feature so others can see your live progress without a file download; this will roll out as a future enhancement.
