The corridor familiarity built

Living costs are the number families underestimate: Australia's visa rules require you to show around A$30,000 a year for living expenses, or roughly LKR 7 million, and Sydney rents make that figure honest. Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the full visa length is also mandatory and paid upfront.
Set against that, students can work up to 48 hours a fortnight in term time at some of the world's highest minimum wages, which realistically covers a meaningful slice of living costs — though never tuition. The subclass 485 post-study visa then gives two to four years of open work rights depending on qualification.
