Study in the United States

The main student route is the F-1 student visa. Visa type: F-1 student visa (issued after the university provides Form I-20). Work during study: On-campus work up to 20 hours per week in term time. Post-study work: Optional Practical Training (OPT), 12 months, up to 36 for STEM. English requirement: TOEFL / IELTS / Duolingo as required by the university. Proof of funds: Financial documents covering tuition and living for the first year. International tuition typically falls in the range of $25,000–$60,000 per year, and living costs vary by city. Tutopiya's counselling, application and enrolment support is free, so the only cost you take on is the university's own fees.

A flat SGD 50, billed as two monthly instalments of SGD 25. That covers everything: counselling, university matching, application support and guidance right up to your offer. There are no hidden extras, no agent fees and no commission on your tuition, because our counselling is funded by our university partners, the SGD 50 only covers administration. Separately, you pay the university’s own tuition or semester fees directly to the university after you accept your offer.

We place students from IGCSE / O-Level, A-Levels (Cambridge and Edexcel), the IB Diploma, foundation and diploma programmes, and national curricula such as CBSE and ICSE. If your grades are not quite there for direct entry, we advise on an international foundation year.
