The main student route is the Stamp 2 student permission. Visa type: Long-stay (D) study visa / Stamp 2 immigration permission. Work during study: Up to 20 hours per week in term; 40 hours in holiday periods. Post-study work: Third Level Graduate Programme, up to 24 months (master's) to seek work. English requirement: IELTS / equivalent, typically 6.0–6.5 depending on course. Proof of funds: Evidence of tuition paid + living costs for the year. International tuition typically falls in the range of €10,000–€25,000 per year, and living costs vary by city. Tutopiya's counselling, application and enrolment support is free, so the only cost you take on is the university's own fees.

A flat SGD 50, billed as two monthly instalments of SGD 25. That covers everything: counselling, university matching, application support and guidance right up to your offer. There are no hidden extras, no agent fees and no commission on your tuition, because our counselling is funded by our university partners, the SGD 50 only covers administration. Separately, you pay the university’s own tuition or semester fees directly to the university after you accept your offer.

We place students from IGCSE / O-Level, A-Levels (Cambridge and Edexcel), the IB Diploma, foundation and diploma programmes, and national curricula such as CBSE and ICSE. If your grades are not quite there for direct entry, we advise on an international foundation year.
