About this scholarship
The Humphrey Fellowship brings accomplished mid-career professionals from designated countries to the United States for ten months of non-degree graduate study, leadership development and professional collaboration at a host university.
It is part of the Fulbright family of exchanges: fellows are placed at one of a network of top US campuses in fields ranging from public health and education to technology policy and finance.

Eligibility
- Citizen of an eligible country — much of South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East is covered
- An undergraduate degree and at least five years of full-time professional experience
- Demonstrated leadership and public service commitment
