About this scholarship
Established in 1949, the International Peace Scholarship supports women from outside the United States and Canada who are pursuing graduate study at an accredited institution in either country.
The fund is built on the premise that education underpins international understanding, and the community of P.E.O. chapters around each scholar is part of what the award offers.

Eligibility
- A woman whose home country is outside the United States and Canada
- Pursuing a graduate degree at an accredited US or Canadian institution
- At least one full year of formal coursework remaining at the time of the award
- Enrolled and resident in the US or Canada for the full school year
- Demonstrable financial need

What does the placement service cost?
A flat SGD 50, billed as two monthly instalments of SGD 25. That covers everything: counselling, university matching, application support and guidance right up to your offer. There are no hidden extras, no agent fees and no commission on your tuition, because our counselling is funded by our university partners, the SGD 50 only covers administration. Separately, you pay the university’s own tuition or semester fees directly to the university after you accept your offer.
