A lot of Edexcel IGCSE Maths students in Vietnam revise hard but do not always set topic priorities well enough. That leads to too much time on secure topics and not enough on the ones actually holding back marks.

Why topic priority matters

Students usually improve faster when they know whether the real issue is:

• algebra
• graphs
• trigonometry
• probability
• careless slips under pressure

What stronger revision looks like

A better workflow usually includes:

• ranking weak topics clearly
• revisiting those topics first
• grouping mistakes by question type
• reducing time spent on already-secure areas
