++tutors (PlusPlusTutors) is a premium Dubai-based tutoring service specialising in IB Diploma and IGCSE, with a highly selective acceptance rate for tutors (reported around the top 10% of applicants) and many tutors who are certified Cambridge or IB examiners. It’s a genuinely strong option, working with students from schools like Dubai International Academy, JESS, Dubai College and GEMS World Academy.

What to know before choosing

• Premium positioning comes with premium pricing — published rates start from roughly AED 220 per hour, which puts it out of reach for many families
• Lessons are live 1:1 tutoring with recordings and personalised resources — but there’s no indication of a broader free, ready-made resource bank (structured topic notes, past paper banks, AI-marked quizzes) beyond what your own tutor prepares
• Strong in IB Diploma and IGCSE specifically; less clear coverage of Cambridge International A Level or IB MYP

If you want examiner-level expertise at a more accessible price point, or a platform that gives you a full resource library alongside live tutoring rather than relying solely on your tutor’s own materials, it’s worth comparing.
