Method Maths is a UK A Level Maths past paper platform that offers a well-organised archive of past papers and mark schemes, particularly valued for Edexcel A Level Maths students. It provides a straightforward way to access and work through past paper questions systematically.

For international students, Method Maths has real limitations:

Why Method Maths doesn’t fully serve international A Level and IGCSE students

• Primarily focused on Edexcel UK A Level — not Cambridge International A Level (9709)
• Limited coverage of Cambridge International A Level Further Mathematics (9231)
• Cambridge IGCSE Maths (0580) not a core focus
• IB Diploma Mathematics not covered
• Edexcel International IGCSE Maths not covered
• Past papers only — no topic notes, worked explanations or structured revision
• No AI-powered practice quizzes
• No live tutor support for when students can’t work through a question

For students sitting Cambridge International A Level Maths (9709) — the most common A Level Maths specification at international schools worldwide — a dedicated Cambridge-aligned resource is more appropriate.
