Uganda (Kampala, Entebbe and other towns) has international schools from budget to premium – British, IB and other curricula. This guide gives fee ranges and example schools so you can make an informed choice.
Quick overview of fee ranges (annual tuition, indicative)
- Budget: Roughly UGX 8,000,000–18,000,000 per year (primary). Newer or smaller schools, recognised curricula.

- Board exam fees (IGCSE, IB, A level) – not in tuition; budget UGX 4,000,000–12,000,000+ per exam session.
- Currency: confirm UGX vs USD.

How to choose
- Set your budget band and curriculum; request full fee schedules (tuition + one-off and annual extras).

- Clarify what is included vs add-on (support, trips, exams) and payment currency.
