Pearson Edexcel International Lower Secondary Mathematics (iLowerSecondary) is a Year 7 to Year 9 framework, internationalised from the English National Curriculum, that bridges primary maths to International GCSE. Year 8 deepens work in number, algebra, geometry, ratio and proportion, statistics and probability, extending the fluency begun in Year 7. Progress is monitored through school-administered Progress Tests across the year, with the externally marked iLowerSecondary Mathematics Achievement Test sat at the end of Year 9.
