What is Edexcel GCSE Physics (1PH0)?
Pearson Edexcel GCSE (9-1) Physics (1PH0) is a single-award science GCSE offered at two tiers — Foundation (grades 1 to 5) and Higher (grades 4 to 9). It covers topics including key concepts of physics, motion and forces, conservation of energy, waves, light and the electromagnetic spectrum, radioactivity, astronomy, electricity, magnetism, particle model and forces in action. The course includes eight mandatory core practicals, and assessment is by two externally examined papers with no coursework.
