Ready to Book Your Next Class?
Follow these simple steps to schedule your regular classes with your tutor. You can book classes for enrolled courses and communicate directly with your tutor for custom scheduling.
Step 1: Login
Login to the Tutopiya Portal at: https://www.tutopiya.com/learning-portal/login 
Login Page: Enter your email address and password to access your account
Step 2: Course Selection
From your dashboard, click "View Course" on the course where you want to book a class.
Dashboard: Your enrolled courses are displayed with "View Course" buttons
Step 3: Booking a class
Inside the course page, click the "Book a Lesson" button.
Course Page: The "Book a Lesson" button is prominently displayed in the Class Details section
Step 4: Date/Time Selection
Choose your preferred Date and Time to book the class.
Booking Modal: Select your preferred date from the calendar and choose an available time slot
Step 5: Chat with Tutor
(Optional) The slots shown are your tutor's available free slots.
👉 If you don't see a suitable slot, simply close the "Book a Lesson" window and send your tutor a message via chat to request a time. Once confirmed, your tutor can book the class for you.

What Happens After Booking?
Once you've successfully booked a class:Confirmation Email
You'll receive an email confirmation with class details
Calendar Integration
The class will appear in your course schedule
Tutor Notification
Your tutor will be notified of the booking
Class Preparation
Both you and your tutor can prepare for the upcoming session
