Ready to apply — let's get your details

One form instead of a dozen back-and-forth messages — and if you're applying to more than one university, you'll only ever fill this in once. Applying with predicted IGCSE / A-Level / IB grades ahead of results, or already hold a degree — both work here. Fill in what you can now — anything you leave blank, your counsellor will follow up on directly.

💡 Applying to more than one university? Fill this in once — everything except the university and programme is saved for next time, so a second or third application only takes a few seconds.

Which application is this for?

At the same university, in case you don't meet the entry requirements for your first choice — several of our destinations (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, NZ, Hong Kong) let you nominate a backup course on the same application. Leave blank if not applicable or unsure.

Personal details

🔒Confidential — used only by your Tutopiya counsellor to prepare and submit your application to the university named above. Never shared with any other third party.

Important beyond nationality alone — holding citizenship, PR or long-term residency in the same country as the university you're applying to can mean a much lower domestic fee and, separately, a real admission edge (a reserved quota or lower effective bar). List every country it applies to, not just your passport country.

Academic history

Applying with predicted IGCSE / A-Level / IB grades ahead of results, or already hold a degree — both work here.

Include this even if you're now applying on predicted A-Level, IB or Foundation grades below — most universities want to see your GCSE/IGCSE results too, not just your current predicted grades. Skip this if IGCSE/GCSE is itself your current qualification above (use "Predicted or actual grades" for that).

Supporting documents

We'll need transcripts, your passport photo page and any certificates. Paste a share link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) below if you have one ready — otherwise skip this and email them to your counsellor referencing your name, and we'll follow up.

References (optional)

Name, email and how they know you — e.g. a teacher, employer or academic supervisor.

Personal statement (optional)

Paste a draft if you have one — or leave blank and your counsellor will help you write one.
