With over 32 years of teaching experience, I, Lakshmi, specialize in Biology, Science, and Environmental Systems & Societies across IB (MYP & DP), Cambridge IGCSE, O-Level, AS, and A-Level. My qualifications include an M.Sc. and B.Ed., and I have consistently helped students achieve excellent academic results, including the prestigious Cambridge "Brilliance Award" for Regional Topper in Biology. As an IB Examiner and CAS Coordinator, I’ve mentored students in planning and reflecting on their CAS activities, collaborating with teachers to organize workshops and events that help students meet their learning outcomes. Known for my creativity, adaptability, and innovative teaching techniques, I use inquiry-based learning, differentiated instruction, and real-world connections to engage students from middle to higher secondary levels.
